I am enthusiastic to share my 20 years of experience and skills with you in hopes to facilitate the healing of your physical and emotional bodies.

I am trained and certified in Cranio Sacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute. I pair this powerful approach to bodywork with Healing from the Core. (which can also be done virtually).

For the past 20 years, I have been a licensed massage therapist, specializing in deep tissue techniques. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact of bodywork on facilitating self-healing. This passion led me to pursue advanced modalities such as CranioSacral Therapy.

During the COVID-19 shutdown, I took the opportunity to further my education by completing a comprehensive certification program in Healing From the Core with Suzanne Scurlock Durana. This modality empowers individuals to connect with their body's inherent wisdom and unlock deeper levels of well-being.

Building upon my 20 years of experience, I am now dedicated to guiding clients on their personal healing journeys. I utilize a combination of CranioSacral Therapy and Healing From the Core techniques to achieve optimal results.
